About Vamos Con Todo Elite Soccer Training

Vamos Con Todo Elite Soccer Training was founded with one goal in mind: to develop players through proven, high-level training that builds confidence, skill, and a deep understanding of the game.

Founded by Adolfo Barrera Gonzalez, Vamos Con Todo Elite Soccer Training was built from his passion for player development and experience across the collegiate, ECNL, high school, ODP, and pre-professional levels. A former Minnesota United Reserves (NPSL) player from 2015–2016, Adolfo has dedicated his coaching career to creating environments that challenge players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.

As an ECNL Coach with St. Croix Soccer Club, Adolfo has played a key role in developing players competing at one of the highest levels of youth soccer in the country. During the 2025–26 season, his U13 ECNL team captured the ECNL Midwest Conference Championship and became the first U13 team in St. Croix history to qualify for the ECNL Playoffs. The team went on to reach the ECNL National Playoffs Round of 16, marking another significant milestone for the club. His work at St. Croix has also included the Pre-ECNL level, helping create a pathway that prepares young players for the demands of elite competition.

Adolfo currently serves as Head Coach of Mahtomedi Boys High School Soccer, where he has helped build a competitive and development-focused program. He was named the 2025–26 Section 4AA Coach of the Year after leading Mahtomedi to the Section 4AA Final. Across his tenure, his players have earned multiple All-Conference and All-State honors, while the program has placed a strong emphasis on academics, accountability, culture, and player development.

At the collegiate level, Adolfo currently serves as a Men's Soccer Assistant Coach at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, one of the region's premier NCAA Division III programs. UW–Eau Claire has established itself as a consistent national contender, including an NCAA Elite Eight appearance in 2024 and four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances through 2025. His responsibilities include player development, recruiting, training, match preparation, and helping identify prospective student-athletes who fit the program's competitive standards.

Prior to UW–Eau Claire, Adolfo served as an Assistant Coach with the University of Wisconsin–River Falls Men's Soccer program. During his time at UWRF, the coaching staff was recognized as the 2024–25 WIAC Coaching Staff of the Year. His collegiate coaching experience has also included recruiting domestically and internationally and working with players transitioning from elite youth soccer into the college game.

Adolfo's coaching background extends beyond the traditional youth, high school, and collegiate environments. He has also coached within the Minnesota Olympic Development Program (ODP) and at the UPSL Premier level, giving him experience working with players across virtually every stage of the development pathway.

A United States Soccer Federation C License holder and USSF B License applicant, Adolfo remains committed to continued education and evolving as a coach. His philosophy centers on technical mastery, game intelligence, competitive intensity, and decision-making under pressure. Training is designed not simply to teach players how to perform a skill, but how and when to execute it at game speed.

That philosophy is at the heart of Vamos Con Todo.

Vamos has grown into a dedicated technical training environment serving players across multiple ages, positions, clubs, and competitive levels. Through group training, private training, goalkeeper development, camps, and competitive programming, Vamos provides players with additional high-quality repetitions designed to complement their team environment.

The belief behind Vamos is simple: consistent, purposeful, high-quality training creates confident players—and confident players are better prepared to perform when the game demands it.
