About Vamos Con Todo Elite Soccer Training
Vamos Con Todo Elite Soccer Training was founded with one goal in mind: to develop players through proven, high-level training that builds confidence, skill, and a deep understanding of the game.
Founded by Adolfo Barrera Gonzalez, Vamos Con Todo embodies his passion for player development and his extensive coaching and playing experience across the ECNL, high school, and collegiate levels. A former Minnesota United Reserves (NPSL) player from 2015–2016, Adolfo has dedicated his career to helping players unlock their potential through structured, detail-oriented training rooted in technical mastery, physical development, and tactical intelligence.
As an ECNL Coach at St. Croix Soccer Club, Adolfo has worked with elite youth players, guiding them to compete at the highest levels of the game. His training philosophy emphasizes technical precision, physical conditioning, and tactical awareness—ensuring players not only possess skill on the ball but also the ability to make composed, intelligent decisions under pressure.
Adolfo currently serves as the Head Coach for Mahtomedi Boys High School, where he was recognized as the 2025–2026 Section 4AA Coach of the Year, and as an Assistant Coach for the University of Wisconsin–River Falls Men’s Soccer program, whose staff was honored as WIAC Coaching Staff of the Year for the 2024–25 season. These experiences have allowed him to work with athletes at every stage of development—from aspiring youth players to competitive collegiate teams.
A United States Soccer Federation C License holder and B License applicant, Adolfo remains committed to continuous learning and implementing proven, high-impact training methods. His belief is simple: consistent, high-quality training builds confidence that translates into success—on the field and beyond.
At Vamos Con Todo, players are encouraged to train with passion, purpose, and pride—to train with everything, Con Todo. The program’s mission is to create an elite environment where athletes can grow in confidence, sharpen their skills, and elevate their game to the next level.
Irvin Barrera Gonzalez – Co-Owner & Coach
Irvin Barrera Gonzales is in his 6th year of coaching and has quickly built a reputation for his passion, energy, and commitment to player development. Over the years, he has coached with Minneapolis United (MU) and St. Croix Soccer Club, where he currently works with Pre-ECNL and NPL-level teams, helping players refine their technical skills and tactical awareness in a competitive training environment.
In addition to his club coaching, Irvin serves as an Assistant Coach for the Mahtomedi High School Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team, where he was recognized as the 2025–2026 Section 4AA Assistant Coach of the Year. His ability to connect with players, motivate teams, and create a positive yet demanding culture has been a key part of the program’s ongoing success.
